"Where are we going from here"
The above message was what I ( Lawrence Lamptey) shared with brethren when I preached on Sunday 25th November. Worship was so nice with many visitors from the community coming in. The message was taken from the Gospel according to John 14:1-4.
Worship started at the usual time 10:00 AM before that, there was a morning devotion where we prayed and sung songs, this was always done to put the brethren on a spiritual alert every 9:45 AM to 10:00AM.
Bro. Dominic Quarsie led the congregation in songs. Ebenezer Asante read the scripture. The Lord's Holy table was led by Brother Emmanuel Asante and was assited by Leonard Lamptey and Peter Obeng
The first prayer was given by Bismark Okyere, Inter sectional prayer was given by Edward Darko and Bro. Paul Amisah gave us the closing prayer.
The church had 6 visitors of which 5 have promised to place membership and the other one was just a visiting member. The church shall be reading her budget for next year and give an account of the expenditure and income for this year-2007, this shall happen on Sunday 16th December, 2007 after worship. The church wish to extend her congratulatory message to our dear brother Lawrence Lamptey who will be graduating for his first section of his studies at Heritage Christian College with a Certificate in Biblical Studies ( CBS). He had been a great tool for the church and individuals. We also want to use this opportunity to thank anybody who had supported him in diverse way to be able to complete his first section of study.
